About Pathways

Pathways is a community based, not-for-profit organization that provides a family of health services at home to families in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1977. 

Support from the community has enabled us to create a comprehensive array of health and supportive services: from home health to hospice care; from private duty non-medical attendant to personal care; from elder care to care for children with life-threatening illnesses; from grief support to community education.
