Community Outreach

We are committed to educating the public about our mission, the work we do, and the services we provide.

We have a Community Relations department made up of staff that presents information at community events, professional seminars, churches, clubs, senior resource fairs, and other outreach opportunities.

Our team of clinical experts includes registered nurses, physicians, pharmacists, social workers, spiritual care counselors, and others who are available to teach and educate about hospice, pain and symptom management to caregivers in hospitals, nursing homes, and elder care facilities in the areas we serve.

Community Education Volunteers assist by presenting at community events and speak on behalf of our fundraising Hospice Foundation.
