Pathways Legacy Society

Your legacy gift is important. By notifying Pathways that you have included Pathways Home Health and Hospice in your estate plans, you become part of the Pathways Legacy Society. Legacy Society members, through their giving, ensure that Pathways programs will always be available to our community.

Recognition of your generosity begins as soon as you tell us of your gift and continues in perpetuity. Pathways Home Health and Hospice never forgets legacy donors.

Legacy Society members are recognized in annual reports and on donor screens in our offices and are invited to special receptions through the year.
