Pathways Chief Strategy Officer Georgia Rock

The Silicon Valley Business Journal awarded Pathways Chief Strategy Officer Georgia Rock a Women of Influence Award for 2016. Rock oversees strategic partnerships as well as Pathways Sales and Marketing departments.

Rock has more than 30 years of operational experience in home health and hospice. Since she joined Pathways 20 years ago, she has been promoted through several executive positions prior to accepting the CSO position in 2015.

Rock was critical in guiding the home care and hospice organization towards electronic bedside record keeping using remote computer technology. She was also instrumental in migrating Pathways to a state-of-the-art computer system and for overseeing the upgrade of the record management and administrative systems.

Rock holds credentials as a registered health information technologist and a hospice administrator. She has a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from Colorado University.
