Pathways Hospice Announces 2nd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament Sponsors and Schedule

Sunnyvale, CA — May 20, 2014 – The Pathways Hospice 2nd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament recently announced the community sponsors and schedule for its premier golf tournament. The 2nd Annual Links to the Heart golf tournament will be held Monday, July 14, 2014 at the Stanford University Golf Course.

Golfers at the 2nd Annual Links to the Heart tournament will have the rare opportunity to play on the exclusive Stanford University Golf Course while supporting Pathways Hospice. Designed in 1930 by celebrated golf course architects William Bell and George C. Thomas, the Stanford course is consistently rated one of the finest in the world.

2014-Golf-Crest-SmallThe 2nd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament registration begins at 10:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 12:00 noon. The Hole-in-One prize is a new Lexus, compliments of Magnussen Lexus of Fremont. The registration fee includes 30 free practice balls, a welcome bag, box lunch, refreshments on the course, golf cart, and dinner following the tournament. Don’t miss the fun contests and great prizes. The registration fee is $375 per player or $1,500 for a foursome. All proceeds benefit Pathways Hospice, which provides end-of-life care for patients throughout five Bay Area counties.
