Pathways Hospice’s 2nd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament a Huge Success

Sunnyvale, CA — August 5, 2014 – Pathways Hospice celebrates the success of its 2nd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament, which was held on July 14, 2014. One hundred forty golfers came out to support hospice care in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoy a day on the picturesque Stanford University Golf Course.
