Pathways Hospice’s 3rd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament a Resounding Success

A full field of golfers came out to support hospice and home health care in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoy a day on the acclaimed Stanford University Golf Course.

Gunilla and Tom Follett of Los Altos were specially honored for their three years of extraordinary service as tournament co-chairs, taking a vision and dream and realizing a golf tournament for Pathways.
