Pathways Hospice’s 3rd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament a Resounding Success
SUNNYVALE, CA— July 20, 2015 – Pathways Home Health & Hospice celebrated the success of its 3rd Annual Links to the Heart Golf Tournament, which was held on July 13, 2015. A full field of golfers came out to support hospice and home health care in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoy a day on the acclaimed Stanford University Golf Course.
Gunilla and Tom Follett of Los Altos were specially honored for their three years of extraordinary service as tournament co-chairs, taking a vision and dream and realizing a golf tournament for Pathways.
“We were delighted to see so many community supporters and friends, old and new, come out to play golf to support Pathways patients and their families,” said Sandra Coolidge, Vice President of Philanthropy at Pathways. “Pathways is grateful for the support of our sponsors, the event committee, and players. This support enables Pathways to be there for our patients and families when they need us. We also appreciate the assistance of the staff of Stanford University Golf Course, headed by LPGA Member Apprentice Casey Hall, for making Links to the Heart such an enjoyable tournament.”
